Sorry this post was a bit later than I wanted to have it up, I was watching the Lost series finale!

FINALLY! The antagonist of this story makes her first full bodied appearance! I’ve been waiting for this moment for quite some time now and am super enthralled to finally give you guys a better taste of who she is. I mean, the last time you’ve seen her was approximately 17 weeks ago! haha, it’s strange to think of post in respects of weeks. Anyway, I have the last pages of this chapter all drawn out and am now in the process of actually putting the first book together. So don’t forget to get your copy of the book early! Don’t have much to say this week other than I’m excited for the next few pages. At this moment this page is the most colorful strip yet and aesthetically the closest to my long term vision of this comic. This is what this comic is about, magic, darkness, mystery! :]

Interesting in deed! For those of you who’ve been asking me, this is the first moment that she has actually noticed the creature that some of you are started to name “Bob” since I hadn’t given him a name myself. Next week’s gonna be a good one! :]

Now friends, In case you guys haven’t notice yet, I’m trying to at least once a week switch up the Vote incentive. Been a busy busy week I must say. As my life has been getting busier it seems that so is Eydis’. Looks like things are about to change in her life! At least she’s not applying for Grad School and on the verge of picking up and moving.. oh wait.. she did do that! That’s how she’s run across this curious creature actually. Let’s hope my potential adventure is as eventful as hers? Well… first lets hope I get in? See ya next week.

Oh, and new vote incentive!

And so we learn that Eydis has a fucking potty mouth! This is one of the few reasons this comic is rated Mature; my characters tend to cuss. I don’t believe in censorship in art, to me if art is really supposed to be a true expression of the human condition… then to stay true to human existence it should honor just that, reality. That being said.. I drew a little creature that has nothing to do with reality in the first panel. That’s right… As I stand on this soap box I rant to you words that mean nothing!

…I’m just delirious from how long this page took. For the first time ever I drew an entire comic completely on my tablet. At first this made my life way easier.. but as time went on I realized with out pre-created backgrounds and such that this was quite the task! Either way, I’m super pleased with the results and will be continuing the comic from this point on with my tablet. I hope you enjoyed watching Eydis’ embarrassing moment. Guess it doesn’t pay to be a jerk!
