The Chapter 1 Comic books just got to me this Saturday! I’ll be shipping them out Tuesday once the Memorial Day Weekend is over! This comic is so awesome … can’t wait to see where it goes! I’ve been following LAWLS, too, and enjoying that – I like comics that regularly make me go “WTF???” I’m surprised I hadn’t found UI until today … I’m going to put that into my rotation to get to as soon as I can … who knows when I’ll get to it, I’m in the middle of a fairly complicated comic that is actually 7 comics that you have to flip back and forth between to read properly … it’s driving me crazy … Anyway … wanted to give you some props and so forth and so on …
Why thank you! I really appreciate you saying that! Sometimes I worry that this comic is less interesting than LAWLS mainly because this strip at times can feel vague and incomplete because of the fact that I only really have time to work on 1 page a day and what not; it’s sort of meant more to be a complete piece in which you can read several pages at once. I’m glad to hear that some people, like you for instance, who are actually enjoying the anticipation from week to week. It’s actually rather interesting to me that it can work on a week to week bases like this. As long as people read it, and I like it, I will keep on posting :]
[ui] is sort of a “dead” project. I update it from time to time with new prints, but it doesn’t have a regular post schedule anymore. It’s more of a place to check out new art that I’m placing up for sale, at least these days.
Whats the name of this crazy 7-comics-flip-back-and-forth story? That sounds interesting.

What I love about your work, is that you use darker colors; and you make them work well together. I’m looking forward to the confrontation! Bring it!
Why thank you! I appreciate that, I’ve been working to make the comic darker every week as far as the colors go. I’m glad you are noticing it and enjoying it.

because maybe she is looking for her to teach her the dark arts or whatever because they are family ….. but mostly because ive been watching lost alot and try to think of what the “twist” could be ….but i have nothing to back that up with! lol
Pretty interesting theory you’ve got there. Since the beginning of the story the allusion that she’s been looking for Eydis because she was chosen has been displayed in the two dream sequences. Perhaps she’s smiling merely cos she’s finally found the chosen one?
